Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective from: 29 October 2026

This policy covers paid subscriptions to the rate service offered by All Pricess, operated by Info Solution. Please go through it before you pay.

1. Nature of the service

We provide information, not goods. After payment, rate updates and predictions are delivered to your WhatsApp number. As nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges and no returns.

2. Activation

Your number is normally added on the day we receive payment and in every case within one working day.

3. Cases that qualify for a refund

• Service not activated: if a fault on our side stops activation and it is not resolved within two working days, the full amount is returned.
• Duplicate payment: any amount charged more than once is returned in full.
• Service discontinued by us: if we end your subscription early for reasons of our own, the unused period is refunded proportionately.

4. Cases that do not qualify

• A change of mind after updates have started reaching you.
• Market prices moving differently from a prediction, or a loss on any trade — rates and predictions are information only (see Terms, section 2).
• An incorrect number supplied by you, a number without WhatsApp, or our number being blocked.
• Suspension because updates were forwarded or resold in breach of our Terms.
• Days on which markets are closed, such as Sundays and major festivals.

5. Raising a request

1. Contact us by WhatsApp or email no later than seven days after the payment date.
2. Share the transaction reference or receipt, the subscribed number and a short description of the issue.
3. You will hear from us within three working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within five to seven working days; the time your bank takes after that is outside our control.

6. Ending a subscription

Reply STOP on WhatsApp whenever you wish to leave. Updates stop immediately; the period already paid for is not refunded, and no further payment is taken.
